If subject to planning, it is normally best to wait until you get the planning permit before engaging us - but that is up to you.
We will normally provide a quote within one to two business days
Extensions and second storey renovations
Once your building designer or architect has prepared a set of preliminary drawings or working drawings, you can just email them through and we can prepare a quote based on those.
If you have already completed a soil report, send that through too. If you dont have one yet, not to worry, we can provide some recommended companies along with our quote.
We will normally provide a quote within one to two business day.
Review, alteration and removal of internal loadbearing walls
In many cases, our clients come to us to ask which walls in their house are loadbearing, and what their options are. Normally, it is not until we inspect and discuss options, that our clients can decide exactly what they want to do.
